Kevin Love

Kevin Love is a seasoned Industrial Psychologist and management consultant with extensive experience in human resource management and organizational behavior. As President of Kevin G. Love, PhD, Industrial Psychologist, PC since 1979, Kevin specializes in management consulting services, including human resource management system design, performance appraisal, and organizational culture measurement. As a Professor Emeritus at Central Michigan University, Kevin has contributed to the academic field by teaching undergraduate and MBA courses, overseeing Division I athletics, and managing an academic department. Kevin's earlier roles include Test Validation Unit Supervisor for the City of Tampa and Senior Consultant at the University of South Florida, focusing on program evaluation for state and federal agencies. Kevin holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
