Misty Bennett

Misty Bennett serves as the Associate Dean for the College of Business Administration at Central Michigan University, where contributions focus on student success and faculty engagement since January 2008. Previously, Misty held the position of Assistant Dean, emphasizing curriculum development and mentorship programs. In the Management Department, Misty teaches Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Leadership at both undergraduate and MBA levels, with research interests in work-family conflict, aging workforce issues, and organizational culture. Additional experience includes consulting for the Michigan State Police to develop staffing prediction models and serving as an HR Intern at The Dow Chemical Company, leading a global training project. Misty completed a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in the same field at Central Michigan University.
