Christian Anderson

Christian Anderson possesses a diverse range of experience in education and youth services, currently serving as an Employment Specialist at Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Christian worked as an Advisor for the TRIO Upward Bound program at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, effectively managing a caseload of first-generation and low-income students while actively engaging in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include serving as a Career Corrections Agent and Juvenile Probation Officer for Isanti County Government Center, where Christian was instrumental in developing a truancy intervention program beneficial to over 2,000 area youth. Christian also coordinated efforts within the Isanti County Integrated Children's Collaborative and provided outreach counseling focused on truancy at Lakes Center for Youth and Families. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Cloud State University.
