Michelle Augustine

Michelle Augustine is an experienced educator currently serving as an Innovation Coach at Central Nine Career Center since August 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Technology Education Teacher at Clay Middle School from September 2016 to May 2022, where effective online technology education was executed across five programs and collaborative communication channels were established. Experience also includes teaching Engineering and Communications at Decatur Central High School for one year and serving as an Industrial Technology/Science Teacher at Central Middle School for nine years, where Michelle led a team of teachers and managed departmental resources. Earlier career experience includes a position as an Assistant Manager/Training Manager at Wal-Mart, focusing on training and operations management. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Agriculture from Murray State University and an Indiana Educator's License from Purdue University.
