Central Ohio Primary Care
Kristin Oaks is the Central Ohio Primary Care agilon Medical Director since February 2021, focusing on supporting physicians in value-based senior care. Additionally, Kristin serves on the Board of Governors for the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and has previously worked as a Family Medicine Physician at Keystone Primary Care and as a Community Preceptor at Ohio Health, where educating family medicine residents was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes operating as a solo practitioner from 2006 to 2017 and serving as a General Medical Officer in the US Navy from 1993 to 1999. Kristin holds a Doctor of Osteopathy from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The Ohio State University.

Central Ohio Primary Care was founded in 1996 when a group of 33 physicians joined together to give greater focus to patient care than the administrative duties that were weighing them down. Central Ohio Primary Care is the largest physician-owned primary care group in the United States.
