Mitch Salsbery has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mitch is currently serving as the Director of Support Services at Central Ohio Primary Care since 2022. Previously, they worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for several years, holding various roles such as Manager of Rehabilitation Services, Team Lead for Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, Director of the Fellowship in Upper Extremity Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapist. Additionally, Mitch has also served as the Chair of the APTA Shoulder Special Interest Group from 2018 to 2022.
Mitch Salsbery has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Leadership from John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Mitch also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Furthermore, they obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota.

Central Ohio Primary Care was founded in 1996 when a group of 33 physicians joined together to give greater focus to patient care than the administrative duties that were weighing them down. Central Ohio Primary Care is the largest physician-owned primary care group in the United States.
