Savannah Schwartz has worked in the field of human resources for several years. From 2013 to 2017, they served as an HR Generalist at Sequent Inc. In 2017, they joined Central Ohio Primary Care as the Director of Human Resources Operations.
Savannah Schwartz, PHR, MHRM, has an extensive education history. Savannah obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University between 2019 and 2021. Their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General was also earned from Franklin University from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Savannah has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Sports and Fitness Management from Zane State College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Savannah completed their high school education at Zanesville High School, earning a General Diploma from 2005 to 2009. Savannah holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2016, and as a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).

Central Ohio Primary Care was founded in 1996 when a group of 33 physicians joined together to give greater focus to patient care than the administrative duties that were weighing them down. Central Ohio Primary Care is the largest physician-owned primary care group in the United States.
