Julie Williams

Julie Williams, PHR, IMPA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Labor Relations Administrator at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) since July 2017. Previously, Julie held various HR roles, including Human Resources Coordinator at COTA, Civil Service Secretary in the City of Upper Arlington, and Administrative Services Specialist in the City of Delaware, where responsibilities included benefits coordination and employee relations. Early career positions included Human Resources Assistant at JEGS High Performance and Delaware County, as well as a Training Department Secretary/Admissions role at Grady Memorial Hospital. Julie's education includes a high school diploma from Rutherford B. Hayes High School, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
