Sophia Mohr

Sophia Mohr is a highly experienced professional who currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA). Prior to this role, Sophia spent over 16 years at NetJets, serving in various roles including VP of Owner Experience, Design and Strategy, Director of Product Development, Manager of Business Relations and Business Analysis, Lead Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. Sophia also has experience at Covansys, CBSI, Claremont Technology Group, and IBM, where Sophia worked as a Human Factors Engineer.
