Erin Xenos, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Since May 2019, Erin has served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Central One Federal Credit Union, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Regional HR Partner at Clariant Corporation, where strategic HR solutions were provided to management. Erin’s career includes significant HR roles at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital, University of Massachusetts Medical School Correctional Health, Corning Inc., TCI Cablevision, and Northwestern Mutual Life, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include attendance at Westfield State University.
