Valerie S.

Valerie S. began their work experience in 2014 as the Owner of Nicoll Bookkeeping Services, LLC. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Patheon, where they managed various financial processes and was responsible for implementing SAP and Concur. In 2018, Valerie joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Interim Site Controller before transitioning to the role of Manager, Finance Operations ORP. In this role, they oversaw accounting and financial close processes, prepared the annual budget, and represented the site in monthly revenue and budgetary report outs. Since 2019, Valerie has been working at Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA), first as the Finance and Revenue Cycle Manager and currently as the Director of Finance.

Valerie S. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geography from the University of Oregon, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Later on, from 2013 to 2015, they obtained their Master's Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
