Matthew Hunter

Matthew Hunter has over 15 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the banking and hospitality industries. Matthew currently works at Central Pacific Bank as the Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Bank of Hawaii, including Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Business Partners, Director of Learning and Development, Manager of Learning Development, and Officer of Learning Development Supervisor. Before their career in banking, Matthew worked at The Broadmoor, where they served as a Front Door Supervisor, Parking Garage Supervisor, Department Trainer, and Valet.
