Aya Svensson

Aya Svensson is an experienced professional in talent development, organizational development, and transformation. Aya currently holds the position of Head of Talent Development and Employee Experience at Central Pattana (CPN). Prior to this role, Aya was a Practice Leader at Kincentric, and held various positions at Aon Hewitt Asia, Aon, and ExxonMobil. Aya holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Thammasat University and a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Political Science and International Studies from Illinois College.
