Nicole Martens

Nicole Martens has extensive experience in project management and implementation roles. Nicole is currently the VP Head of PMO at Central Payments, where they oversee project management operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Implementation Manager at TabaPay in 2023. From 2022 to 2023, Nicole served as the Director of Implementations at Qolo, where they were responsible for leading strategic initiatives, introducing project management frameworks, and improving processes. Before that, they were the Director of the Project Management Office at Solarity from 2019 to 2022, where they managed SaaS implementations in the healthcare sector. From 2014 to 2019, Nicole worked as a Project Manager at CAPITAL Services, leading corporate initiative projects. Nicole began their career at CAPITAL Services in 2002, starting as a Customer Service Representative and then taking on roles as a Dialer Data Analyst and later as a Project Manager. Nicole's experience also includes working as a Risk Manager at U.S. Bank in 2013 and as an Implementation Consultant III at Wells Fargo from 2012 to 2013.

Nicole Martens has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, from Southeast Tech.
