Founder, Coordinator Of Food Choice Pantry At Faith Temple Church Of God In Christ at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank

Cathy Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and community development. Currently serving as Special Advisor to Pennsylvania Education Secretary Khalid Mumin, Cathy provides critical advice on educational matters. Previous roles include overseeing the establishment of a $2 million affordable housing project at the Harrisburg Area YMCA and founding the Food Choice Pantry in a distressed neighborhood as part of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. Cathy has also served as Special Assistant to the Mayor of Harrisburg, managed contracts for the U.S. Department of Defense, and held various positions in banking and communications. Cathy holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Speech Communication from Shippensburg University, along with a Grant Writing Certificate from Temple University.
