Nicholas Snipes has a diverse work history in law enforcement and security. Nicholas started their career as a Police Officer at Davidson College in January 2016 and held the position until September 2021. As a Campus Police Officer, they performed all essential functions of a law enforcement officer and focused on community-oriented policing and problem-solving.

In November 2015, Nicholas joined Central Piedmont Community College as the Director of College Security. Their responsibilities included providing training and supervision for contract security staff, monitoring their performance, and communicating security issues to faculty and staff. Nicholas is also a member of the Campus Leadership Team.

Most recently, Nicholas joined Mecklenburg County ABC Law Enforcement as a Police Officer in January 2022. It can be assumed that they currently hold this position, but the end date is not provided.

Nicholas Snipes completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Central Piedmont Community College from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and Emergency Management from Western Carolina University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
