Shelley Palmer

Shelley Palmer is an experienced English instructor with a strong background in teaching both hybrid and online research and literature courses. Currently associated with Carolinas Healthcare System since August 2008, Shelley also works as an adjunct instructor at Central Piedmont Community College and has previously served as an English instructor at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, where notable responsibilities included the role of Assistant Department Chair for the English/Communications Department. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
