Stephen Lancaster

Stephen Lancaster has a diverse work experience in various roles related to live events production and theater. Stephen has been the Director of Operations at Central Piedmont Community College since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Technical Director at the same institution from March 2016 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring high-quality production and execution of technical needs for live events, as well as training and mentoring students and staff. Stephen also worked as a Freelance Sound Engineer at Orange Door Hinge Productions starting from March 2011. Stephen served as Stage Management/Sound Engineer at Actor's Theatre of Charlotte from April 2009 to August 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Producer, Director, and Actor at Main St. Theatre of Rock Hill from February 2008 to March 2010.

Stephen Lancaster received a high school diploma in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from South Mecklenburg High School in 2003. Stephen then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance with a specialization in Technical Theatre from Winthrop University between 2003 and 2007.
