Tiffany Martin

Tiffany Martin, SSM, MSPH, serves as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Charlotte Douglas International Airport since March 2024, where leadership in innovative training programs enhances operational excellence and staff development through collaboration with city stakeholders and subject matter experts. Prior experience includes roles as Division Training Specialist for the City of Charlotte, where Tiffany focused on organizational training programs, and as a Real Estate Instructor at Central Piedmont Community College, emphasizing curriculum quality in real estate education. Additional positions include North Carolina Real Estate Broker at EMJ Realty & Asset Services and various case management and coordination roles supporting veterans and their families. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
