Shannon Douglas

Shannon Douglas has extensive work experience in the field of compensation analysis and management. Shannon is currently working as a Lead Compensation Analyst at Central Plateau Cleanup Company since 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company (CHPRC) from 2019 to 2021. Before transitioning into compensation analysis, Shannon worked at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a Principal Compensation Analyst from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for administering the compensation program and ensuring compliance with various laws and regulations. Prior to that, Shannon worked as a Compensation/Benefits Manager at Lourdes Hospital from 2010 to 2014, where they designed and implemented compensation and benefits programs. Shannon began their career as a Compensation Analyst at TruTech LLC/Lourdes Hospital from 1998 to 2010, and previously worked as a Benefits Specialist at Lourdes Hospital from 1991 to 1995.

Shannon Douglas earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Human Resources from Washington State University from 1985 to 1990.
