Jimmy Carlos has a diverse work experience. Jimmy began their career in 2012 as an HR Specialist/Generalist at McDonald's Corporation, where they provided targeted execution and implementation support to Field Service Managers, Business Consultants, Owner Operators and/or O/O Supervisory teams in areas such as utilization of staffing and retention tools and resources, performance development, and labor relations/compliance. In 2013, they became an Independent Consultant. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Account Manager/HR Manager at Coast Personnel Services, and then moved to Executive Recruiter at Executive Staffing Solutions. In 2020, they took on the role of Major Accounts Manager at BrightStar Care, and is currently working as a Recruiting Manager at Central Point Partners since 2022.
