Sabrina Mills has over 25 years of work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Sabrina began their career in 1993 as a Staffing Manager at All Medical Personnel, where they recruited and staffed for the company's largest Medical clients and acted in a leadership role to increase market share in the Atlanta area. In 1998, Sabrina became a Branch Manager at Randstad, where they managed a team and a budget of over 8 million dollars locally, trained, coached, and developed team members, and exceeded budget and target stretch goals year over year. In 2008, Sabrina worked as an IT Recruiter at Matlen Silver and a Consultant Services Manager at Experis. From 2012 to 2015, Sabrina was a Senior Technical Recruiter/Consultant Services Manager at a Technical Staffing Company, where they recruited and staffed for the company's Technology clients, sourced utilizing job boards, internal/external systems lists, and referrals to fill open job requirements, and interviewed and screened potential Technical candidates. Finally, Sabrina worked as an Account Executive at Central Point Partners from 2015 to present.
