Candice Phua

Candice Phua is a manager specializing in investigation and compliance at CPF Board since April 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a student care teacher at Gifted Learners in 2017, where Candice provided tutoring and support to children. Additional roles include junior designer at Carbon in 2016, focusing on graphic design for television news broadcasts, and freelance graphic designer for Handmade For Heroes, Inc., where Candice created a cell-animation video. Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from both the Singapore Institute of Technology and the University of Liverpool, and a diploma in Motion Graphics and Broadcast Design from Nanyang Polytechnic.
