Caroline Loh began their work experience in 1995 as an Assistant Manager Corporate Planning at CPF Board. Caroline then moved on to positions such as Manager Corporate Communications, Assistant Director Corporate Services, and Assistant Director Agency Projects. In 2007, they became a Senior Assistant Director of Policy and Research. Later on, they held various Director roles including Director of Policy, Director Corporate Strategy and Risks, Director of Human Resources, and currently, Director (Business Incubator & Accelerator) at CPF Board.
Caroline Loh earned their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in 2006-2007. Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Sociology from the National University of Singapore. In 2021, Caroline obtained the certification of IHRP Senior Professional from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
