Vance Ng

Vance Ng has extensive work experience in various government agencies and organizations in Singapore. Vance began their career in 2004 at the Ministry of Manpower, where they held roles such as Senior Manager (Policy) and Head (Employment Agency Licensing). In 2007, they joined the Singapore Exchange as a Senior Associate (Regulatory Policy) before moving to the Ministry of Defence of Singapore in 2009 as Head (Budget Planning). In 2012, Vance joined the CPF Board as Senior Assistant Director (Policy) and later became Deputy Director at the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office in 2014. Vance then joined the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore in 2017, where they held the positions of Deputy Director (Policy) and Director (Policy). Currently, Vance is Director (Data Science Accelerator) at the CPF Board.

Vance Ng completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore between 1999 and 2003. Vance pursued a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management at the Singapore Institute of Management from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Victoria Junior College from 1996 to 1997 and Catholic High School from 1992 to 1995.
