Mukul Joshi

Mukul Joshi is an Executive Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving in the Central Public Works Department, Govt. of India since November 2016. In this role, Mukul is responsible for planning within the Western zone, focusing on the South Mumbai area. Previous responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and construction works in Old Delhi, as well as supervising the construction of underpasses and the Pragati Maidan Tunnel. Mukul's earlier experience includes a position as Deputy Manager with the National Highways Authority of India, where involvement in project progress, DPR preparation, and addressing parliamentary inquiries were key responsibilities. Mukul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Delhi Technological University and has completed Indian Engineering Services training.
