Kevin Carroll

Kevin Carroll is an accomplished Executive Engineer currently serving in the Parks Department of Limerick City and County Council since November 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as an Executive Roads Engineer for Clare County Council from December 2023 to November 2025, following a tenure as a Project Manager at John Sisk & Son Ltd. and as a Site Manager at Monami Construction, where involvement in diverse projects included new builds and refurbishment of healthcare facilities, student accommodations, and hotels. Kevin's career began as a Senior Engineer at BAM Contractors, with significant projects including a secondary school construction, and further experience in mental health care units. Kevin holds a B.Sc. in Construction Management with First Class Honours from Limerick Institute of Technology, earned in 2005.
