Genevieve Osborn

Genevieve Osborn is an experienced professional currently serving as a Youth Services Programmer and Library Assistant at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library since June 2018, where responsibilities include assisting a diverse community with research, technology, and customer service, particularly for children and local patrons.
