Heather Morton, M.A., BCBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of behavioral analysis and development. Heather is currently serving as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at CentralReach since January 2019. Prior to this, Heather worked as the Senior Manager of Business Development at ObiGobi Learning from September 2016 to January 2019. Heather also has experience as a Clinical Coordinator and Case Supervisor at Working With Autism from March 2015 to August 2016, and as a Case Supervisor at Behavioral Learning Center, Inc. from January 2015 to February 2015. The foundation of their career was at Butterfly Effects, LLC, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from November 2009 to April 2014.

Heather Morton, M.A., BCBA completed their education at the University of South Florida, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Rockhurst University from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General. In addition, Heather obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in May 2010.
