Scott Ohlschlager

Scott Ohlschlager, CSM, is a seasoned agile professional with extensive experience in Scrum methodologies and team coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at CentralReach since July 2022, Scott previously worked as a Scrum Master at Advantasure and Apex Systems, where coaching globally distributed teams and implementing process improvements were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Scott held various roles at Silverchair, including Product Owner and Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where important product management and quality assurance initiatives were executed. Additionally, experience as a Project Manager at SNL Financial involved scoping and managing significant projects impacting a large user base. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
