Chanikarn Muntanaveerakul

Chanikarn Muntanaveerakul has accumulated a strong and varied work experience throughout their career. Chanikarn is currently employed as the Head of HRBP - Supply Chain at Central Retail since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of HR at DHL eCommerce Solutions from 2021 to 2023. In the same company, they also served as the Compensation & Benefits Manager from 2019 to 2021. Before joining DHL, they worked as the Compensation & Benefits Manager, Asia Pacific at Kuoni Tumlare from 2018 to 2019. Chanikarn also held the role of Head of Human Resources at the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC from 2016 to 2018. Beginning their career at Hanesbrands ROH Asia Ltd. in 2003, they held various roles, including Regional C&B and Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2016 and Vendor Account Manager from 2003 to 2009. Through their extensive experience, Chanikarn has developed a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and has successfully managed diverse teams and projects.

Chanikarn Muntanaveerakul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with a focus on Advertising from Assumption University in 2002. Chanikarn then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in General Management with an International Program at Mahidol University, completing it in 2007.
