Wattanachai Chaiwong possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held multiple managerial roles at Central Retail since November 2013, including University Relations Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to their current role, Wattanachai served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Central Food Retail Group from May 2022 to February 2023, as well as at Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited from November 2013 to May 2022. Wattanachai's earlier career included positions as Recruitment Division Manager and Employee Service Center Department Manager, starting in June 2009. Wattanachai holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Labor and Welfare Development from Thammasat University.
