Brianna Scoggins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brianna began their career at CoCo Keys in 2009 as an Arcade Attendant, where they gained experience in retail, cashiering, and customer service. In 2011, they joined Lowe's Home Improvement as a Customer Service Desk Associate, eventually progressing to roles such as Head Cashier, Cash Office Associate, and SOS/Credit/Coordinator. During their time at Lowe's, they developed skills in customer problem-solving, credit management, and pricing. In 2017, they transitioned to Process Cooling Systems, where they initially worked as an Administrative Assistant and later took on the role of Human Resources Generalist. Finally, in 2022, Brianna joined Central Rock Gym as the Human Resources Director.

Brianna Scoggins holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Relations from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Social Work from McKinley College from 2011 to 2014. Brianna also completed high school courses at Fitchburg Alternative High School in 2011-2012 and Leominster High School CTE from 2008 to 2011, with a focus on Health Occupations. In addition to their educational achievements, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in November 2021.
