Kavin E. Griffin has extensive experience in the carpentry industry. Kavin E. began their career in 2013 as a Full-Time Instructor at the Texas Carpenters and Millwrights Training Trust Fund (TCMTTF) and held this role until 2015. In 2015, they joined the Central South Carpenters Regional Council as a Council Representative, where they served until 2016. Following this, they became an Assistant to the Executive Secretary-Treasurer & Contract Administrator from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Secretary-Treasurer & CEO at the Central South Carpenters Regional Council.
Kavin E. Griffin obtained a Certificate in Leadership Principles and a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completing their studies between 2009 and 2013. Kavin also earned a high school Diploma from Wh Ford High School during the years 1988-1992.
