Romonika D Sharan

Romonika leads the Strategic Partnerships team, crafting strategies to build synergies across CSF’s key thematic areas with government and non-government stakeholders . She is also the Technical Director of Policy and Advocacy for the IPEL-USAID consortium of which CSF is a member. Prior to CSF, she worked for the Government of India for over two decades at senior policy-making levels. Earlier in her career, she was associated closely with the education sector, teaching at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, where she completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in English Literature. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, creating mosaics, and learning new languages.
