Jim Kanter

Jim Kanter is the current Chief Commercial Officer at Central Standard Craft Distillery. Jim has also previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Sprecher Brewing Co. from February 2020 to September 2020, and Chief Operating Officer at ACT Dental Practice Coaching from September 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they were with VISIT Milwaukee and Wisconsin Center District. Jim has also been a Board Member at Discovery World from June 2013 to February 2020, and General Manager at MillerCoors from May 2005 to February 2020.

Jim Kanter attended DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Marketing and Finance. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Michigan State University.

They are on a team with Trevor Norgal - Sales Manager, Katie Shorts - Event Sales Manager, and Jake Helling - General Manager. Jim Kanter reports to Evan Hughes, Co-Owner & CEO.
