Hillary Carper

Hillary Carper serves as the Managing Director of the Building Services Division at Central States Manufacturing, Inc. since July 2022 and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, also holding the title of Employee Owner and Chief of Staff. Prior to this role, Hillary Carper worked at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. from September 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included serving as an Expert Product Manager and Director of Organizational Change Management, focusing on Agile methodologies, Content, and Training & Development.
