James Sliker

James Sliker is the Chief Executive Officer at Central States Manufacturing, Inc., an employee-owned company focused on manufacturing and distributing metal building products. Previously, James held roles such as President - Thermal Systems North America at Valeo, where James managed a business with an annual turnover of $800M. With a strong background in sales, projects, and program management, James has successfully led teams and secured significant OEM business contracts throughout their career. James has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and GMI Engineering and Management Institute, as well as an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan.
