Matthew Stites

Matthew Stites serves as the President of Clayton Supply at Clayton Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway company recognized as the largest builder of manufactured homes in the United States. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Clayton, overseeing over 1,100 employees and multiple manufacturing sites. Prior to joining Clayton, Matthew held several pivotal roles at Appvion, Inc., culminating as Vice President of Supply Chain, and at Dana Holding Corporation, where contributions included optimizing a $230 million annual spend. Matthew is also an Advisory Board Member for the Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee and serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee for Central States Manufacturing, Inc. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in Competitive Strategy from Northwestern University and a BA in Business Management from The University of Toledo.
