Brooklyn Michalowicz

Brooklyn Michalowicz is a dedicated Rabbinic Intern at Central Synagogue since September 2023, focusing on serving the 20s and 30s community through co-leading Shabbat services and programming. Currently, a rising third-year Rabbinical student at Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion, Brooklyn has also worked as an educator with the Jewish Learning Collaborative and as a graduate student at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies, where advanced Jewish studies are pursued. Previous experience includes teaching roles at Westchester Reform Temple and Stephen Wise Free Synagogue, coordinating Birthright Israel trips for Columbia/Barnard Hillel, and various internships in entertainment marketing and social media. Brooklyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from UCLA and multiple certificates in Jewish Experiential Education from the Pardes Institute.
