James McGill

James McGill is a seasoned planning manager at the Central Texas Council of Governments, where responsibilities include managing TCEQ grant programs related to water quality, air quality, and solid waste. Experience encompasses supporting the Killeen-Temple Metropolitan Planning Organization through the preparation of meeting materials, maintenance of various plans and websites, and collaboration with TxDOT and local contacts to ensure project information accuracy. Previous roles as a senior planner and regional planner also focused on TCEQ grant management and MPO operations. Earlier positions include office assistant at Baylor University, lifeguard at Baylor Campus Recreation, and camp counselor at Cho-Yeh Camp and Conference Center.
