Randall's career began as a 9-1-1/Emergency Management Coordinator for Coryell County, where essential systems and protocols were established. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Central Arkansas and various degrees in Computer Systems Networking, Public Administration, and Political Science.
