Jake Sorrell

Jake Sorrell is an experienced analyst currently working at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments since June 2021, specializing in multifamily and single-family rental submarket analysis, including property research on rents, tax rates, schools, zoning, and site constraints. Prior to this role, Jake Sorrell completed a job shadow with a Senior Managing Director at JLL, where exposure to meetings, conference calls, and property tours with the Multi-housing team was gained. Earlier experience includes serving as a staff member at Camp Longhorn from June 2015 to August 2016, where supervision and mentorship of children aged eight to sixteen were provided, alongside teaching important life skills. Jake Sorrell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and graduated from Lake Travis High School.
