Elvis Oxley

Elvis Oxley is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in government contracting and business development. As Co-Founder of ZING Health Solutions since February 2023, Elvis focuses on addressing critical issues within hospital systems by utilizing a network of small business partners. Elvis also serves as President and Founder of Oxley Consulting, LLC, aiding businesses in securing government contracts since 2006. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor positions at Central Tox and Innovator Health, and membership on the advisory board of TGC Impact. Elvis previously held significant leadership roles at FSR, GovTribe, and BDO USA, where expertise in federal market access and government contracting processes contributed to substantial revenue growth. Education includes an MBA from The George Washington University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
