Kari Stephens has extensive experience in benefits administration and employee training, currently serving as a Benefit/Leave Administrator at Revere Health since October 2011. In this role, Kari has enhanced the onboarding process for new hires, developed training programs for management, and managed medical leave for approximately 1,900 employees, focusing on FMLA, ADA, and Worker’s Compensation. Prior to Revere Health, Kari worked as an Office and Training Specialist at Creative Communication, where a new orientation and training program was designed. Kari also held administrative roles at Aspen Insurance Services, BYU Laundry/Dry Cleaning, UVSC Testing Center, and Stephens and Bywater Attorneys at Law. Kari holds an MBA in Business/HRM from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
