Madison Martini

Conservation Assistant at Central Utah Water Conservancy District

Madison Martini is currently serving as the Water Conservation Program Coordinator for the Utah Division of Water Resources since May 2024, managing a State-funded Landscape Incentive Rebate Program aimed at promoting water-conscious landscaping practices. Prior experience includes a role as Student Supervisor/Lead Analyst at Environmental Analytical Lab at Brigham Young University from September 2021 to May 2024, where Madison oversaw procedures and trained new employees, as well as serving as a Conservation Assistant for Central Utah Water Conservancy District from May 2022 to May 2024. Madison's early career involved working as a Traffic Safety Flagger for Rodarte Construction Inc. from September 2020 to August 2021. Educationally, Madison is pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Science at Brigham Young University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Soil Sciences and an Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College at Puyallup.
