Monica Hoyt

Monica Hoyt currently serves as Client Services Manager at Carollo Engineers, focusing on innovative water and wastewater management solutions for utilities. In addition to this role, Monica is a Fellow in the 5th cohort of Homeward Bound Projects, a global leadership training program for women in STEMM committed to environmental sustainability. Monica has extensive experience in the water sector, having previously worked as Education/Outreach Manager at Central Utah Water Conservancy District and as Laboratory Director at Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy. Monica holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Westminster University, along with various certifications related to water system operations.
