Richard Maloy

Richard Maloy's work experience includes serving as the Director of Communications at Central Utah Water Conservancy District since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Water Conservation Manager at the same company from January 2017 to July 2023. Before joining Central Utah Water Conservancy District, Richard worked as the President of Utah Water Conservation Forum starting in October 2014.
