Central Valley Ag Cooperative
Ben Loeske farm operation includes a corn and soybean rotation in Monroe, Neb. He have worked with CVA my entire farming career of eight years so he have a strong relationship with the employees. He have also held leadership positions at my high school FFA chapter and local Church council.
He is interested in serving on the board because he would like to help the cooperative that has served our family operation for years as well as to help it continue to grow and be prosperous.
Growing up around computers and smart phones, He have a good grasp of the growing advancements in technology. He would like to see more of that implemented at Central Valley Ag. He also enjoy seeing the one-on-one basis between customer and employee that CVA has. Those growing relationships are what CVA needs to continue to pursue. The greater the relationship, the more positive the experience for both employees and customers.
His vision for CVA is not only to continue to grow as a company, but more importantly serve customers as if we were a local cooperative as much as possible.
