Jaime Olague has extensive experience in sales and account management within the meat industry, currently working at Central Valley Meat Co., Inc. since January 2017, primarily focusing on beef sales for both domestic and export markets. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Executive at Harris Ranch Beef Company from January 2012 to January 2017, where Jaime emphasized retail sales specifically targeting Hispanic retail and distribution in Northern and Southern California. Previous positions at Cargill from October 2006 to January 2012 involved managing offal and exports as a Category Manager, as well as retail ground beef accounts. Earlier career roles include a Juvenile Correctional Officer at The County of Fresno and Program Assistant at the Boys & Girls Club. Jaime holds a degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fresno, as well as certifications from Fresno City College and a diploma from Roosevelt High School.
